Are you interested in becoming a vendor with us? Great! We accept local food producers and artists within a 200 mile radius. Before completing an application, send an email to manager@blackhillsfarmersmarket.org to check on an opening in your area. BHFM is especially seeking to add vendors in the areas of fresh produce, cultural foods, and fine arts. Approved trial vendors may participate in three market days owing only vendor fees to determine if the business is a good fit for both you and the market. After the trial vendor period, there is also a membership fee of $40 annually. Vendor fees are $40 per main season market day in Market Park, $30 per day through the winter months, and $20 per market day in Hill City.

Vendors are encouraged to pay vendor fees for the entire month on their first market day of the month. Any unused fees may be rolled over to the next month or refunded. Payment may be made in person by check or cash or electronically below.
Vendors will be sent a monthly statement for a receipt.
