Set Up and Schedule

• Vendor setup begins at 7:30 AM.

• The market opens to the public at 9:00 AM.

• Vendors must be ready to sell by opening time.

• All vendors are responsible for cleaning their area before leaving.

Vendor Fees

• Market Members: $10

• Non-Market Members: $30

Non-Market Member vendor fees must be paid and received by December 1, 2025. If payment is not received by that date, you will not receive a vendor map or assigned booth space.

Vendor Map and Booth Assignment

• A vendor map with assigned booth spaces will be emailed on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

• Each booth space is 15 feet by 15 feet.

• Booth assignments are based on space availability and product type.

Requirements

• All items sold must follow South Dakota laws and South Dakota Cottage Food Laws, including proper labeling and food handling.

• Food trucks must provide proof of insurance and certification by the South Dakota Department of Health.
